- Simple Installation - Direct-to-pole mounting eliminates the need for cluster mount brackets.
- Savings on Installation Cost - One lift can hang the transformer directly on the pole, with wires directly connected to bushings with no bus work between transformers.
- Minimizes Height Requirement Limitations - Rectangular tank offers a lower profile, reducing the need for taller poles.
- Reduces Inventory Requirements - Units can be pole or platform mounted, eliminating the need to stock two different types of transformers.
- Optimal Performance - Units feature a superior five-legged (four loop) wound core design.
- Durable Construction - Rectangular tanks, available in mild or stainless steel, are constructed as integral welded units, making them extremely rigid and sturdy. Powder coat paint finish meets “over 1500 hour salt spray test” in accordance with CSA Standard, and meets ANSI Standards for both normal and sea coast applications.
- Maximum Security - Tank cover is bolted, using high durometer neoprene gaskets and non-corrosive hardware.
- Extensive Range - Units available from 15 through 4000 kVA, up to 46 kV, 250 kV.
- Enhanced Safety Options - Numerous options are available to maximize safety, including low voltage breakers, primary fuse links and less flammable fluids such as RTemp™ and Envirotemp™.
